Power Probe III PP3CSRED Automotive Circuit Tester

The Power Probe PP3CSRED Power Probe III combines essential automotive electrical testing functions in one handheld tool for diagnosing 12V and 24V DC systems. Connect it directly to the vehicle battery to measure voltage, check continuity, identify positive, negative and open circuits and supply battery voltage or ground directly from the probe tip. This allows technicians to activate and test motors, lamps, relays, solenoids and other electrical components without switching between multiple tools. The backlit digital voltmeter provides clear readings, while red and green polarity indicators and distinct audible tones quickly identify circuit conditions. Two built-in LED work lights illuminate the test area, and an 8-Amp thermal circuit breaker with manual reset helps protect against accidental shorts. The standard 20-ft. power cable provides reach throughout the vehicle for efficient bumper-to-bumper electrical diagnosis.
