The Power Probe PP401AS Power Probe IV combines powered circuit testing, multimeter functions and advanced diagnostics in one versatile automotive electrical tester. Apply battery power or ground directly from the probe tip to actuate and test motors, relays, lights, solenoids and other electrical components, then measure voltage, resistance, frequency or pulse width without switching tools. Eight diagnostic modes include DC volts, AC volts RMS, AC peak-to-peak, resistance, frequency, pulse width, fuel injector testing and module driver testing. The computer-safe 0.1mA floating tip supports module driver diagnostics, while the large backlit color LCD displays multiple readings at once for easier troubleshooting. Designed for 12V and 24V electrical systems, the Power Probe IV features a 23-ft. heavy-duty power lead, LED work lights, an auto-reset 8-Amp circuit breaker and a rugged housing for professional shop use.
