Ranger RB6L Vortex Portable Tire Bead Seater, 6L

The Ranger Vortex RB6L directs a concentrated burst of compressed air between a tubeless tire bead and the wheel to help establish the seal needed for inflation. Built for passenger car, motorcycle and ATV tire service, its 6L (1.6-gallon) aluminum-alloy tank makes it the smallest and lightest model in the Vortex lineup, at 8.4 pounds and 21-inches long, making it easy to carry and store. A covered push-button switch releases the stored air through a 1.75-inch (44 mm) high-flow exhaust valve, the same size as on the larger RB10L and RB12L. A tapered nozzle aims the burst at the bead gap, and a rim-contact nozzle brace and front and rear handles help you position it with a two-handed grip. Fill it from shop air through the quick-connect coupler and inlet valve, watch tank pressure on the onboard gauge, and count on the integrated pressure relief valve for overpressure protection.
